- Sharing Marketing, Information or Products & Services updates to those who have previously used Unjumble's services and expressed interest.

Where we get personal information from
- Directly from you
How long we keep information
- Your information is stored securely throughout the duration of our work together and for 3 years after, unless expressly requested otherwise. If you remain a client after 3 years, the latest contractual date will serve as the date for review. Documentation will only be kept as long as it remains pertinent.
- Payment information (for example, bank statements or receipts) are kept in accordance with HMRC rules at the time of completion.
- Client notes (for example, from a coaching session or following an initial consultation) do not contain any personally identifiable information (PII).
How to complain

If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
