Your information is stored securely throughout the duration of our work together and for 3 years after, unless expressly requested otherwise. If you remain a client after 3 years, the latest contractual date will serve as the date for review. Documentation will only be kept as long as it remains pertinent.
Payment information (for example, bank statements or receipts) are kept in accordance with HMRC rules at the time of completion.
Client notes (for example, from a coaching session or following an initial consultation) do not contain any personally identifiable information (PII).
